摘 要:本研究深入分析了海南种业硅谷的创新模式与产业化趋势,揭示了其在推动种业科技进步和农业可持续发展中的重要作用。海南种业硅谷通过技术创新、管理与组织创新,以及商业模式创新,构建了一个高效的种业创新体系,有效促进了科技成果的转化和产业化进程。研究发现,政策支持、资金投入、人才培养和国际合作是推动海南种业硅谷发展的关键因素。面对未来,海南种业硅谷需要继续加强科技创新,优化产业化机制,加大人才引进和培养力度,深化国内外合作,以应对挑战,把握机遇,推动海南乃至全球农业科技创新和产业升级。本研究为海南种业硅谷乃至全球种业的发展提供了重要的理论和实践参考。This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the innovation models and industrialization trends in Hainan Seed Industry Silicon Valley,revealing its significant role in advancing seed industry technological progress and sustainable agricultural development.Hainan Seed Industry Silicon Valley has established an efficient seed industry innovation system through technological innovation,management and organizational innovation,and business model innovation,effectively promoting the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.The research identifies policy support,financial investment,talent cultivation,and international cooperation as key factors driving the development of Hainan Seed Industry Silicon Valley.Facing the future,Hainan Seed Industry Silicon Valley needs to continue strengthening technological innovation,optimize industrialization mechanisms,increase efforts in talent introduction and cultivation,and deepen domestic and international cooperation to meet challenges,seize opportunities,and promote agricultural technological innovation and industrial upgrading in Hainan and globally.This study provides important theoretical and practical references for the development of Hainan Seed Industry Silicon Valley and the global seed industry.
