摘　　要：海南自贸港种业发展是推动农业现代化、国际化和可持续发展的重要力量,对保障国家粮食安全和促进地方经济社会发展具有重要意义。随着全球化和国际贸易自由化的加速发展,海南自贸港种业面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。本研究概述了海南自贸港种业的发展历程和现状,深入分析了国际背景下影响海南自贸港种业发展的各种因素。探讨了海南自贸港种业发展对当地社会文化的影响,包括对农业和农村社会结构、经济发展和就业机会、居民生活和价值观以及对当地文化和传统的影响。还总结了海南自贸港种业发展的成功经验与启示,并提出了对未来发展的建议和展望。研究结果表明,海南自贸港种业在国际化背景下的发展不仅促进了当地经济的发展,还对当地社会文化产生了深远的影响。为进一步推动海南自贸港种业的国际化发展,需要加强政策支持、科技创新、国际合作与交流以及人才培养等方面的措施。本综述系统梳理了海南自贸港种业在国际化背景下的社会文化影响,旨在为政策制定和产业发展提供重要参考。The development of the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port is an important force in promoting agricultural modernization,internationalization,and sustainable development,and is of great significance for safeguarding national food security and promoting local economic and social development.With the accelerated development of globalization and international trade liberalization,the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This review summarizes the development history and current status of the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port,and deeply analyzes various factors affecting the development of the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port under the international background.It explores the impact of the development of the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port on local social culture,including its impact on agricultural and rural social structure,economic development and employment opportunities,residents'lives and values,as well as its impact on local culture and tradition.It also summarizes the successful experience and enlightenment of the development of the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port,and proposes suggestions and prospects for future development.The research results show that the development of the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port under the international background not only promotes the local economic development,but also has a profound impact on local social culture.In order to further promote the international development of the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port,it is necessary to strengthen measures such as policy support,technological innovation,international cooperation and exchange,and talent training.This review systematically sorts out the social and cultural impacts of the seed industry in Hainan Free Trade Port under the international background,aiming to provide important references for policy formulation and industrial development.
