摘  要:以4个7年生转BtCry1Ac基因107杨无性系及其未转基因对照为材料,对河北深州市、枣强县和盐山县3个地点营建的对比试验林进行调查,对其生长进行分析,探究外源基因的转入对其生长产生的影响。结果表明,转基因株系间平均树高、胸径、材积无显著差异,但均显著低于未转基因对照。转基因株系在不同试验林生长量表现不同,枣强试验林与盐山、深州试验林在生长量方面均存在显著差异,盐山试验林表现最好,枣强试验林平均树高、胸径、材积仅为盐山的86.5%、84.8%、65.1%。多点联合方差分析表明,株系与地点之间互作明显。转基因株系与对照树高、胸径、材积方面,在速生期、年平均最大生长量等时期较为相近,生长模式基本相同。Four 7-year-old transgenic 107 poplar clones with BtCry1Ac gene and their non-transgenic control were used as materials to investigate the growth of three comparative test forests built in Shenzhou City,Zaoqiang County and Yanshan County of Hebei Province,so as to explore whether the introduction of foreign genes had an impact on their growth.The results showed that there was no significant difference in average tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH)and volume of timber among transgenic lines,but they were significantly lower than those of the non-transgenic control plants.The transgenic lines showed different growth in different test forests,and the growth of transgenic lines in Zaoqiang test forest was significantly different from that of Yanshan and Shenzhou test forests.The performance of Yanshan test forest was the best,and the average tree height,DBH and volume of Zaoqiang test forest were only 86.5%,84.8%and 65.1%of those of Yanshan.Multi-point joint ANOVA showed that there was significant interaction between strains and locations.The height,DBH and volume of timber of transgenic lines were similar to those of control trees in fast-growing period and annual average maximum growth,and their growth patterns were basically the same.
