北方山区特色生态农业产业发展模式典型案例分析

摘　　要：特色生态农业产业在乡村振兴中具有重要作用,是促进农民增收和乡村发展的抓手,发展前景广阔。本研究基于循环农业理论、协同治理理论和产业集群理论,分析了北方山区特色生态农业产业发展的3个典型案例,并对案例发展模式进行归纳和对比分析。结果表明,特色生态农业产业在促进资源高效利用、产业融合、科技创新、市场拓展等环节发挥了至关重要的作用,提升了北方山区的自我发展能力,在助力区域经济可持续发展和乡村振兴中效果显著;3个案例发展模式因区域优势要素资源、参与主体利益目标以及发展项目不同而各具特色,体现了特色生态农业产业发展的模式创新性和多样化路径。未来发展重点应着重于资源整合、产业融合、利益机制构建、科技支撑等方面,创新多业态、多类型、多元化特色生态农业产业发展模式。Characteristic eco-agriculture industry played an important role in the development of rural revitalization,which was the starting point to promote farmers income and rural development,and had broad prospects for development.Based on circular agriculture theory,collaborative governance theory and industrial cluster theory,three typical cases of characteristic eco-agriculture industry development in northern mountainous areas were analyzed,the case development mode was summarized and compared.The results showed that the specialized eco-agriculture industry played a crucial role in promoting efficient resource use,industry integration,technological innovation,and market expansion,enhancing the"hematopoietic"function of the northern mountainous areas and significantly contributing to regional economic sustainable development and rural revitalization.The development models of the three cases had their own characteristics due to different regional advantageous factor resources,interest objectives of the participating subjects and development projects,which reflected the innovative model and diversified path of the development of characteristic eco-agriculture industry.Future development should focus on resource integration,industry integration,benefit mechanism construction,and technological support,innovating multi-format,multi-type,and diversified development models for specialized eco-agriculture industries.
