摘 要:为解决涂布辊轴在高速旋转时阶梯轴连接处断裂的问题,对涂布辊轴进行了可靠性分析,通过理论计算和有限元仿真分析可知,连接处轴截面直径为110 mm的最大切应力为304.3~417.4 MPa,属于危险载荷。并且该处在4 000 N压力作用下,应力集中处与最大切应力处相同,两者相互叠加使得涂布辊轴在此处发生断裂。基于上述结果进行了尺寸优化分析,并提出了一种渐变型涂布辊轴结构,分析结果表明,其所受应力均在使用要求范围内。In order to solve the problem of fracture at the stepped shaft connection when the coating roller is rotating at high speed,the reliability analysis of the coating roller is carried out.Through theoretical calculations and finite element simulation analysis,the maximum shear stress at the connection where the diameter of the shaft cross-section is llo mm is 304.3-417.4 MPa,which belongs to the hazardous load,and through the finite element simulation analysis,the stress concentration at the place where the maximum By finite element simulation analysis,under 4000 N pressure,the stress concentration at this place is the same as that at the maximum shear stress,and the two are superimposed on each other,which makes the coating roller fracture here.Therefore,based on the above results,a size optimization analysis was carried out,and a progressive deformation coating roller structure was proposed,and the analysis results show that the stresses are within the range of use requirements.
