摘 要:研究了化学复合镀镀液的制备参数对复合电极制备的影响,阐述了金刚石微粉预处理步骤。分析了金刚石微粉的等效粒径对复合电极镀层的影响,得出最佳镀层金刚石等效粒径为10μm。进行了镀液温度变化下的复合电极制备速度关系试验,得出最佳制备温度为74~76℃。对制备的电极进行加工试验,结果表明:参数优化复合电极的电极角损耗比普通紫铜电极降低了74.74%;参数优化复合电极的电极角损耗比参数未优化复合电极降低了57.29%。The influence of preparation parameters of chemical composite plating solution on the preparation of composite electrodes was studied,and the pretreatment steps of diamond micro powder were explained;The influence of the equivalent particle size of diamond micro powder on the composite electrode coating was analyzed,and the optimal coating diamond equivalent particle size was determined to be 10μm;An experiment was conducted on the plating rate relationship of chemical composite plating under changes in plating solution temperature,and the optimal plating solution temperature was found to be 74-76℃;Through processing experiments on the prepared electrodes,it was found that the optimized composite electrode reduced electrode angle loss by 74.74%compared to ordinary copper electrodes;Parameter optimized composite electrodes reduced electrode angle loss by 57.29%compared to non optimized composite electrodes.
