摘　　要：实施主体功能区战略是贯彻新发展理念、实现中国式现代化的重要支撑,是促进我国生产力合理布局、实现区域高质量发展的重要举措,有利于优化国土空间发展格局,有利于加强生态环境保护和实现可持续发展。本文介绍了主体功能区理念的产生与规划的编制过程,论证了实施主体功能区战略的重要意义,阐述了主体功能区战略对编制国土空间规划的指导作用。The implementation of the strategy of main functional areas is an important support for carrying out the new development concept and realizing the Chinese-style modernization.It is an important measure to promote the rational distribution of China’s productivity and achieve high-quality regional development.It is conducive to optimizing the pattern of territorial development,strengthening ecological and environmental protection and achieving sustainable development.This paper introduces the emergence of concept of main functional areas,discusses the significance of implementing the strategy of main functional areas,and puts forward its guiding role in the preparation of territorial spatial planning.
