摘　　要：当今世界经济竞争的核心是科技竞争,特别表现为数字技术、数字经济的竞争。在党的二十大报告相关精神的指导下,对新经济、数字经济及高科技演化规律进行深入探讨,总结中国改革开放后的技术演进路径,分析技术演进与产业结构转型升级之间的关系,在此基础上对中国未来技术演进路径加以展望,提出对策,以此推动中国经济结构的进一步转型升级和高质量发展。研究认为,中国应强化、优化现有技术路径:加强基础研究,促进应用研究,提升技术创新的空间与高度;继续加强技术引进、外资引进以提高中国企业的生产效率,弥补技术链、产业链短板,提高技术链、产业链位势;继续强化本国组装技术、系统集成技术的优势,引领全球化的生产与贸易格局;加强自主创新,在数字经济、人工智能领域配置优质创新资源展开国际竞争,努力攻克“卡脖子”的技术短板。The core of today’s world economic competition is technological competition,especially manifested in the competition of digital technology and the digital economy.Under the guidance of the relevant spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper deeply explores the evolutionary laws of the new economy,digital economy,and high technology,summarizes the technological evolution path after China’s reform and opening up,analyzes the relationship between technological evolution and industrial structure transformation and upgrading.On this basis,this paper analyzes the future technological evolution path of China and puts forward countermeasures,to promote the further transformation and upgrading of China’s economic structure and high-quality development.According to the research,China should strengthen and optimize the existing technological path:strengthen basic research,promote applied research,and enhance the space and height of technological innovation;continue to strengthen the introduction of technology and foreign capital to improve the production efficiency of Chinese enterprises,make up for the shortcomings of the technology chain and industrial chain,and improve their positions;continue to strengthen the advantages of domestic assembly technology and system integration technology,leading the global production and trade pattern;strengthen independent innovation,allocate high-quality innovation resources in the fields of digital economy and artificial intelligence to engage in international competition,and strive to overcome the technical weaknesses of that hinder development.
