摘　　要：色胺酮是一种吲哚喹唑啉类生物碱,可以从十字花科大青叶等中药植物中提取,也可以人工合成及微生物途径获取。通过查阅近年来相关文献发现,色胺酮具有良好抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病原体、抗过敏、抗血小板及血栓和抑制血管生成等药理活性,具有较好的研发前景。本综述通过文献回顾及整理、总结,重点归纳了色胺酮的药理作用,尤其是抗炎方面的研究进展。Tryptanthrin was an indolequinazoline-like alkaloid that could be extracted from Chinese herbal plants,such as Dacryophyllum crucifolium,or obtained by artificial synthesis and microbial processes.Reviewing the relevant literature in recent years,tryptanthrin was found to possess good pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,antitumor,antipathogenic,anti-allergic,antiplatelet,antithrombotic,and angiogenic properties,and had good prospects for research and development.This review summarized the pharmacological effects of tryptanthrin,especially the research progress in the field of anti-inflammation,through literature review,compilation and summary.
