摘  要:建立气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定鱼油中EPA、DHA的含量。方法:采用安捷伦DB-FastFAME石英毛细管柱(20 m×0.18 mm×0.20μm),质谱检测器,内标法定量检测。样品经由氢氧化钠-甲醇溶液甲酯化,经离心过滤后由GC-MS法测定。结果:EPA和DHA分别在27.150~434.41μg/mL和27.244~435.91μg/mL质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(相关系数分别为0.995 9和0.997 5)。该方法EPA和DHA的检出限分别为1.530μg/g、2.312μg/g,样品平均添加回收率为96.92%~100.42%。A method for determination of DHA and EPA in fish oil health products was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).DB-FastFAME capillary column(20 m×0.18 mm×1.8μm)and MS detector were employed.Internal standard was used for quantitative determination.The sample material was methylated with NaOH-methanol solution,centrifuged and filtrated.The final extract was analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that mass concentrations and peak areas of EPA and DHA had good linear relationships in ranges of 27.150~434.41μg/mL and 27.244~435.91μg/mL.The method detection limit was 1.530μg/g for EPA,and 2.312μg/g for DHA.The average recoveries were 96.92%~100.42%.
