色谱鉴别组分含量测定脑血栓片质量标准研究

摘　　要：脑血栓片在临床上广泛应用,治疗效果明显,为了保证其质量的可控性,对脑血栓片质量标准进行了研究。组方中当归、川芎采用TLC法进行了鉴别,薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;方中芍药苷(C_(23)H_(28)O_(11))采用高效液相色谱法进行了测定,且在0.0986~0.4930 mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,建立的方法重现性、精密度、稳定性良好,能够很好的控制脑血栓片的质量。Cerebral thrombosis tablets are widely used in clinic with obvious therapeutic effect,in order to ensure the controllability of its quality,the quality standard of cerebral thrombosis tablets was studied.Angelica sinensis and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong in the formula were identified by TLC,and the thin-layer chromatographic spots were clear,and the negative control had no interference;the paeoniflorin(C_(23)H_(28)O_(11))in the formμLa was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography,and it showed a good linearity within the range of 0.0986 mg/mL~0.4930 mg/mL,and the established method has good reproducibility,precision and stability,which can control the quality of Cerebral Thrombosis Tablets.The method is reproducible,precise and stable,and can control the quality of cerebral thrombosis tablets very well.
