摘 要:针对温和湿式氧化工艺处理后的高盐化工污水,采用生化流化床进行进一步处理。在装置工艺条件为气水比在10∶1~20∶1,进水pH为7.0~9.0时,改变停留时间(11~25 h),考察其对于COD去除效果的影响,在进水平均为1 070 mg/L时,去除率均大于70.4%。故综合考虑,优选停留时间为12.5 h。结合上述条件,考察连续运行对COD去除效果的影响:在稳定运行时,出水COD平均为215 mg/L,平均去除率为79.9%。测定某天进、出水B/C值:经过处理后B/C由0.51降至0.15。结合连续运行结果可知,生物流化床可去除污水中大部分可生化的污染物。For the high salinity petrochemical wastewater treated by the mild wet oxidation process,the biofluidized bed was used for the further treatment.When the process conditions were the air-to-water ratio as 10∶1~20∶1,the pH of the inlet water was 7.0~9.0,the COD removal effect was investigated by changing the hydraulic retention time(11 h to 25 h).It was found that when COD of the inlet was 1070 mg/L,the removal rate could reach more than 70.4%.Considering the cost,the hydraulic retention time was preferred as 12.5 h.Combined the mentioned conditions,the effect of continuous treatment on the COD removal effect was investigated:when the device was under the steady state,the average COD of the effluent was 215 mg/L,and the average removal rate was 79.9%.The B/C ratios of inlet and outlet water were measured of a certain day:the ratio was reduced from 0.51 to 0.15 after treatment.It was combined with the continuous treatment results,it was found that the biofluidized bed could remove most of the biochemical pollutants in the wastewater.
