摘  要:大量来自机械制造和金属加工行业的机器零件切削、研磨工艺过程产生的废乳化液对生态环境和人体健康具有较大危害,其特性十分复杂,含油浓度高达几万mg/L,COD可达几万到几十万mg/L,具有可生化性差、化学性质稳定、难降解、处理难度大等特点。通过采用破乳、隔油、气浮、芬顿氧化、MVR蒸发、混凝沉淀、生化(A~2O)、MBR、RO组合工艺可以安全、稳定、高效地去除乳化液中的各类污染物,去除率达到99.9%,出水水质优于《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质标准》(GB/T19923-2005)工艺与产品用水标准,可作为工厂废线路板破碎分选车间循环用水,既节约了成本,又提高了效益。A large amount of waste emulsions generated during the cutting and grinding processes of machine parts from the mechanical manufacturing and metal processing industries pose a significant threat to the ecological environment and human health.Their characteristics were very complex,with oil concentrations reaching tens of thousands of ppm and COD reaching tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of mg/L.They had characteristics such as poor biodegradability,stable chemical properties,difficult degradation,and high treatment difficulty.By adopting a combination process of demulsification,oil separation,air flotation,Fenton oxidation,MVR evaporation,coagulation precipitation,biochemical(A 2O),MBR,and RO,various pollutants in the emulsion could be safely,stably,and efficiently removed,with a removal rate of 99.9%.The effluent water quality was better than the process and product water quality standards of the Industrial Water Quality Standards for Urban Wastewater Recycling and Utilization(GB/T19923-2005),and could be used as circulating water for the crushing and sorting workshop of factory waste circuit boards,which not only saved costs but also improved efficiency.
