摘 要:采用自制的萃取剂对湿法磷酸预处理酸进行萃取,洗涤萃取酸后对其进行反萃取,分别测定了预处理酸、不同次数萃取和反萃取后所得的萃余酸、洗涤酸及反萃酸的杂质系数,并分析了杂质系数的变化规律。结果表明:杂质系数由小到大依次为反萃酸、洗涤酸、萃余酸;经脱硫处理的预处理酸的杂质系数大于不脱硫处理的;萃余酸的杂质系数越大,说明萃取剂对金属杂质元素的选择性越强,萃取剂的表现越好。A self-made extractant is used to extract the pretreatment acid of wet process phosphoric acid,and the extraction acid is washed and then back extracted.The impurity coefficients of the pretreatment acid,the raffinate acids after different times of extraction and back extraction,the washing acids and the back extraction acids are determined respectively,and the change rule of the impurity coefficient is analyzed.The results show that the impurity coefficient from small to large is back extraction acid,washing acid,raffinate acid.The impurity coefficient of pretreatment acid treated by desulfurization is larger than that of non-desulfurization treatment.The larger the impurity coefficient of raffinate acid is,the stronger the selectivity of the extractant to the metal impurities is,and the better the performance of the extractant is.
