摘  要:通过电化学测试研究了碳纤维复合材料与不锈钢、钛合金和铝合金偶对在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中的电偶腐蚀行为,采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪分析了长周期电偶腐蚀后金属表面形貌及腐蚀产物的物相组成,并根据腐蚀失重法测定了电偶腐蚀速率。结果表明:316L和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、TC4钛合金与碳纤维复合材料间电偶腐蚀效应较弱,腐蚀速率较小,耐腐蚀等级均为1级,基本可以与碳基复合材料直接接触;5A06和2A12铝合金与碳纤维复合材料直接接触时,除自腐蚀外,电偶腐蚀效应显著,耐腐蚀等级均为8级,2A12铝合金的电偶腐蚀最严重,采取相应的防护措施后,腐蚀深度明显减小。Galvanic corrosion behavior of carbon fiber composite material coupled with stainless steel,titanium alloy,and aluminum alloy in 3.5%by mass NaCl solution was investigated by electrochemical test,the morphology and the phase composition of corrosion products on the surface of metal after long-term galvanic corrosion were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer,and the galvanic corrosion rate was measured by corrosion weight loss method.The results showed that(a)the galvanic corrosion effect between 316L,1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel,TC4 titanium alloy and carbon fiber composite material was weak and the corrosion rate was lower,the corrosion resistance grade was all 1,these metals could basically be in direct contact with carbon based composite material;(b)when 5A06 and 2A12 aluminum alloys came into direct contact with carbon fiber composite material,in addition to the self-corrosion,the galvanic corrosion effect was significant,with a corrosion resistance grade being 8,2A12 aluminum alloy had the most serious galvanic corrosion;and(c)the corrosion depth was significantly reduced after taking corresponding protective measures.
