摘 要:利用MFT-500多功能摩擦机对ZSnSb11Cu6(11-6)巴氏合金及采用离心铸造方法在40Cr钢钢背上浇铸的厚度为2.0、2.5 mm的ZChSnSb11-6巴氏合金层进行了摩擦磨损试验,研究了钢背及合金层厚度对巴氏合金耐磨性的影响。结果表明:与无钢背巴氏合金相比,有钢背2.5 mm厚巴氏合金的耐磨性提高了26.6%,而2.0 mm厚巴氏合金的耐磨性下降了12.8%。有钢背2.0 mm厚巴氏合金的硬度较高,磨痕和犁沟较浅,但其残余拉应力最大,麻点数量最多、剥落程度最大,耐磨性最差;而2.5 mm厚巴氏合金的麻点数量最少、剥落程度最小,磨痕和犁沟也较浅,耐磨性最好;相较于2.5 mm厚巴氏合金,无钢背巴氏合金的残余拉应力较小,但其硬度最低,磨痕和犁沟最深,麻点数量更多、剥落更严重,耐磨性较差。Friction-wear tests of ZSnSb11Cu6(11-6)Babbitt alloy and 2.0-mm-,2.5-mm-thick ZChSnSb11-6 Babbitt alloy layers on a 40Cr steel steel-back fabricated by centrifugal casting method were conducted on a MFT-500 multifunctional friction machine,to investigate the influence of steel-back and alloy layer thickness on the wear resistance of Babbitt alloy.The results showed that(a)compared with Babbitt alloy without steel-back,the wear resistance increased by 26.6%for 2.5-mm-thick Babbitt alloy with steel-back,while reduced by 12.8% for 2.0-mm-thick Babbitt alloy;(b)the 2.0-mm-thick Babbitt alloy with steel-back exhibited higer hardness and shallow wear scars and furrows,however,its residual tensile stress was the highest,the number of pits and degree of spalling was the greatest,resulting in the worst wear resistance;(c)the 2.5-mm-thick Babbitt alloy exhibited the least number of pits and degree of spalling,and shallow wear scars and furrows,resulting in the best wear resistance;(d)compared to the 2.5-mm-thick Babbitt alloy,the residual tensile stress of the Babbitt alloy without steel-back was smaller,but its hardness was the lowest,the wear scars and furrows were the deepest,the pits were more,and the spalling was more severe,and resulting in poor wear resistance.
