摘 要:通过扫描电子显微镜、洛氏硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机等系统研究了回火温度对40CrNiMo钢组织、硬度、摩擦磨损性能及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,钢中渗碳体加快析出并逐渐聚集球化,其形貌从细片状转变为粗粒状,500℃回火的钢铁素体发生再结晶;硬度与耐磨性呈下降趋势。不同温度回火的试样在800℃的抗氧化评级为GB/T 13303—1991中的4级“弱抗氧化性”,表明回火40CrNiMo钢适用于温度较低的服役环境。Effects of tempering temperature on the microstructure,hardness,friction-wear resistance and oxidation resistance of 40CrNiMo steel were systematically studied by using scanning electron microscope,Rockwell hardness tester and friction-wear tester.The results showed that with(a)the increase in tempering temperature,the formation and spheroidization of cementite precipitation were accelerated,and the morphology gradually changed from flake-like to coarse granular,the recrystallization of ferrite occurred in the steel tempered at 500℃;(b)the hardness and wear resistance showed a decreasing trend.The anti-oxidation level was grade 4(weak oxidation resistance)for the samples tempered at different temperatures after oxidation at 800℃according to the Chinese standard GB/T 13303—1991,indicating that the tempered 40CrNiMo steel is suitable for service environments at lower temperature.
