摘 要:采用高精度热膨胀相变仪研究了工业纯铁在较宽的冷却速率范围内(冷速0.1~150℃/s及极限冷速560℃/s)的固态相变行为。结果表明:随着冷速从0.1℃/s增加至50℃/s,纯铁γ→α相变开始温度缓慢降低,当冷速从50℃/s增加至150℃/s时,γ→α相变开始温度快速下降;冷却速率增加还使纯铁γ→α相变所需时间缩短,当冷速增加到150℃/s时,γ→α相变时间缩短至0.2 s;当冷速从0.1℃/s增加到100℃/s时,铁素体生长模式从三维转变为二维生长。Solid phase transformation behavior of commercially pure iron over a wide range of cooling rates(cooling rates of 0.1 to 150℃/s and limiting cooling rates of 560℃/s)was studied by using a high-precision thermal expansion phase transition instrument.The results showed that(a)as the cooling rate increased from 0.1 to 50℃/s,the start temperature of γ toαphase transformation in pure iron decreased slowly,when the cooling rate increased from 50 to 150℃/s,the start temperature of γ toαphase transformation decreased rapidly;(b)the increase in cooling rate also shortened the time required for γ toαphase transformation,and when the cooling rate was increased to 150℃/s,the γ toαphase transformation time was shortened to 0.2 s;(c)when the cooling rate increased from 0.1 to 100℃/s,the growth process of ferrite changed from three-dimensional to two-dimensional growth mode.
