摘　　要：AH32钢连铸坯常用于制作球扁钢。某尺寸为180 mm×180 mm的AH32钢铸坯角部出现横向裂纹。为此,采用热酸洗、图像处理、扫描电子显微镜等研究了铸坯角部和中部振痕的不均匀度和深度对其角部横裂纹发生的影响。结果表明:铸坯角部振痕不均匀度小于14%时,角部横裂发生率均值为0.75%,大于14%时角部横裂发生率明显增大;铸坯中部振痕不均匀度小于44%时,角部横裂发生率小于0.50%,且铸坯角部振痕深度控制在500μm以内,角部横裂发生率能保持在0.25%以下,满足质量要求。AH32 steel continuously cast blank is often used to manufacture bulb steel.A AH32 steel casting blank measuring 180 mm by 180 mm exhibited corner transverse crack.For this fact,the effect of non-uniform degree and depth of oscillation marks at corner and in middle of the casting blank on the occurrence of corner transverse crack was investigated by means of hot pickling,image processing and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that(a)the mean incidence of corner transverse crack was 0.75% when the non-uniform degree of the corner oscillation mark was less than 14% and increased obviously when the non-uniform degree of the corner oscillation mark was larger than 14%;(b)the incidence of corner transverse crack was below 0.50% when the non-uniform degree of the middle oscillation mark was less than 44%,and when the depth of the corner oscillation mark was controlled below 500μm,the incidence of corner transverse crack of the casting blank was likely to be controlled below 0.25%,meeting the quality requirements.
