新能源经济发展视角下公共充电桩用户使用情况调查分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着消费者对绿色出行的日益重视和政府政策的加持,新能源汽车在市场中备受瞩目。公共充电桩作为新能源汽车基础设施建设的重要环节,对其建设要求也快速提升,其普及与推广不仅能解决用户充电难题,也能够助力新能源汽车市场的繁荣与发展。文章从新能源经济发展的角度出发,基于国家政策与现状,深入探究公共充电桩满意度,将其细分为5个维度,运用多元线性回归方程分析发现,质量、价格、便捷性及体验直接影响充电桩满意度,其中体验影响最大,年龄、学历和职业亦对满意度有影响。文章针对以上维度提出提升公共充电桩满意度的对策建议,旨在为新能源公共充电桩的发展提供借鉴和参考。In recent years,with the increasing attention of consumers to green transportation and the support of government policies,new energy vehicles have attracted much attention in the market.As an important link in the construction of new energy vehicle infrastructure,the requirements for public charging stations have also rapidly increased.Their popularization and promotion can not only solve the charging problem for users,but also help promote the prosperity and development of the new energy vehicle market.The article starts from the perspective of the development of new energy economy,based on national policies and current situation,and deeply explores the satisfaction of public charging stations.It is divided into 5 dimensions and analyzed using multiple linear regression equations.It is found that quality,price,convenience,and experience directly affect the satisfaction of charging stations,with experience having the greatest impact.Age,education level and occupation also have impacts on satisfaction.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the satisfaction of public charging stations based on the above dimensions,aiming to provide reference and guidance for the development of new energy public charging stations.
