摘 要:为研究铁路口岸站作业系统能力,通过分析既有口岸站的作业特点,建立口岸站作业系统的通用模型;在作业系统中引入排队论理论,设置一条反向虚拟车流,将作业系统模拟为闭环排队网络;使用排队论工具建立作业系统能力的计算模型,并以阿拉山口站为实例,使用Matlab工具计算子系统的作业能力,结合车站的实际作业情况,得出限制作业能力的主要因素。研究表明:设备数量是限制作业系统能力的最主要原因,其次是通关作业时间、人员业务素质、作业衔接等因素。可根据铁路口岸站的作业特点,针对性制定提高措施,为铁路口岸站运输组织优化、站场扩能改造等提供理论参考。In order to study the operation system capability of railway port stations,a universal model for the operation system of the port stations was established by analyzing the operation characteristics of existing port stations.Queuing theory was introduced into the operation system,and a reverse virtual traffic flow was set up to simulate the operation system as a closed-loop queuing network.Queuing theory tools were used to build a calculation model for the operation system capability.The Alashankou Port Station was studied,and the operation capability of the subsystem was calculated using Matlab.According to the actual operation of the station,the main factors limiting operation capability were identified.The results show that the number of equipment is the main factor limiting the operation system capability,followed by the clearance time,professional quality of operators,connection of the operation,and other factors.Targeted measures can formulated according to the operation characteristics of railway port stations,so as to provide a theoretical reference for optimizing transportation organization at railway port stations and expanding and transforming railway port stations.
