摘  要:海上风力发电成为近年研究应用的热点,浮式风电(FOWT)基础逐步走向深远海域,纤维系泊缆绳在浮式风电系泊中得到越来越多的关注和应用。以应用于深远海浮式风电系泊用纤维材料为研究对象,基于ISO、ABS和DNV相关标准和规范,通过测试国产海工级聚酯(PET)、国产常规高模量聚乙烯(HMPE)纤维、国产耐蠕变HMPE纤维和进口耐蠕变HMPE纤维共4种纤维在经人造海水浸泡前后的断裂强力、断裂伸长率和纱—纱摩擦失效循环次数,比较分析了它们的拉伸性能和纱—纱摩擦性能。结果表明:进口耐蠕变和国产耐蠕变HMPE纤维的断裂强度较国产常规HMPE低,国产耐蠕变HMPE纤维的断裂强度未能达到ISO标准的要求;人造海水浸泡不会对PET和HMPE纤维的断裂伸长率造成影响,使用海工油剂可以避免PET和HMPE纤维的断裂强度因海水浸泡而降低;海水浸泡会使纤维的弹性模量减少高达24%;国产耐蠕变HMPE纤维的弹性模量较进口耐蠕变HMPE纤维低约32%,这为近海浅水系泊缆用纤维提供了新的选择可能性;PET和HMPE纤维的纱—纱摩擦性能均满足美国ABS船级社要求,湿态下国产海工级PET纤维、国产常规HMPE纤维、国产耐蠕变HMPE纤维和进口耐蠕变HMPE纤维分别达到ABS要求值的19.8倍、15.6倍、2.9倍和8.8倍。最后对纤维系泊缆绳在深远海浮式风电系泊的应用进行了展望,为系泊缆用纤维在深远海浮式风电中的应用提供了参考。Offshore wind power generation has become a hot spot of recent research and application.Floating offshore wind turbine(FOWT)platforms are gradually expanding to distant and deepwater area.Fiber mooring ropes for FOWT mooring are getting growing attention and application.To compare and analyze the fibers'tensile properties and yarn-on-yarn abrasion properties of four types of fibers used in deepwater FOWT mooring,including domestic marine grade polyester(PET),domestic conventional high-modulus polyethylene(HMPE)fiber,imported creep-resistant HMPE fiber and domestic creep-resistant HMPE fiber,the breaking strength,the breaking elongation and the number of yarn-on-yarn abrasion failure cycles of these fibers prior and pro to immersion in artificial seawater were tested according to standards and guidelines of ISO,ABS and DNV.The results show that:The breaking strength of the imported and domestic creep-resistant HMPE fibers is lower than that of the domestic conventional HMPE fiber.The breaking strength of the domestic creep-resistant HMPE fibers fails to meet the requirements of ISO standard.Artificial seawater immersion has no impact on the breaking elongation of PET and HMPE fibers.Utilization of marine finish can avoid the reduction of the breaking strength of PET and HMPE fibers due to seawater immersion.Seawater immersion of fibers can lead to a decrease of elastic modulus by up to 24%.The elastic modulus of the domestic low-creep HMPE fiber is approximately 32%lower than that of the imported low-creep HMPE fiber,which provides a new option for offshore mooring applications in shallow water area.The yarn-on-yarn abrasion properties of PET and HMPE fibers fulfill the requirement of ABS classification society.The value of yarn-on-yarn abrasion of the marine grade PET fiber,domestic conventional HMPE fiber,imported low-creep HMPE fiber and domestic low-creep HMPE fiber under wet condition reaches 19.8 times,15.6 times,8.8 times and 2.9 times of the required value of ABS guideline,respectively.Finally,the potentia
