超分子水杨酸联合凉血五花汤加减治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果及对DLQI评分、皮肤红斑指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨超分子水杨酸联合凉血五花汤加减治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果及对皮肤病生活质量量表(Dermatosis quality of life scale,DLQI)评分、皮肤红斑指数的影响。方法:选择2021年6月-2022年6月在笔者医院接受治疗的60例玫瑰痤疮患者,采用随机数表法分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给凉血五花汤治疗,实验组给予超分子水杨酸联合凉血五花汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、DLQI评分、皮肤红斑指数、皮肤屏障相关指标水平变化情况、临床症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组DLQI评分、皮肤红斑指数水平均降低,实验组降低更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组经皮水分丢失水平均降低,实验组降低更为明显,角质层水含量水平均升高,实验组升高更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组毛细血管扩张缓解、红斑变浅、皮肤潮红减退及皮肤敏感度降低时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应主要表现为面部刺激、恶心呕吐及头晕头痛,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超分子水杨酸联合凉血五花汤加减治疗玫瑰痤疮具有较好的效果,可有效改善DLQI评分、皮肤红斑指数水平。Objective To study the effect of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Liangxue Wuhua Decoction in the treatment of rosacea and its influence on the Dermatology Quality of Life Index(DLQI)score and skin erythema index.Methods Sixty patients with rosacea treated at the author's hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into an experimental group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Liangxue Wuhua Decoction,and the experimental group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Liangxue Wuhua Decoction.The clinical efficacy,DLQI score,skin erythema index,skin barrier index,improvement of clinical symptoms,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The DLQI score and skin erythema index decreased in both groups after treatment,with a more significant decrease in the experimental group(P<0.05).The level of transepidermal water loss decreased in both groups,with a more significant decrease in the experimental group,while the level of cuticle water content increased more significantly in the experimental group(P<0.05).The time to relief of telangiectasia,erythema,skin fl ushing,and skin sensitivity was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).During treatment,the main adverse reactions in both groups were facial irritation,nausea and vomiting,dizziness,and headache,with no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with Liangxue Wuhua Decoction has a good effect in treating rosacea,effectively improving DLQI score and skin erythema index level.
