摘　　要：基于个体化理论视角,运用案例研究方法,探讨00后在校大学生返乡创业意愿的生成与表达。研究发现,00后在校大学生在与环境变量的复杂互动中形成了返乡创业意愿,并具有特定的表达样态。返乡创业大学生能够对乡村振兴战略作出直接或间接的回应,拥有基于理性权衡与使命责任的回嵌初衷,高等教育塑造了他们的回嵌信心,他们对不同圈层持有差异性的回嵌预期,并在产业倾向中具有去传统化的新农人创业选择。政府应当围绕他们的回嵌意愿加强政策建构与政策实质递达,协同家庭、村社、高校成为00后大学生返乡创业路上的重要支持者和陪伴者。Based on the perspective of individualization theory and the method of case study,this paper explores the generation and expression of the willingness of post-2000 college students to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses.It is found that post-2000 college students gradually form their willingness to return to their hometowns and have specific expression patterns in the complex interaction with environmental variables.College students who return hometowns can respond directly and indirectly to the strategy of rural revitalization,and have the initial intention of returning hometown based on rational weighing and mission responsibility.Their confidence in returning hometown is shaped by higher education,and they hold different embedding expectations for different circles,and they have the choice of new farmers’entrepreneurship with a de-traditionalization of the industry tendency.The government should strengthen the policy construction and policy substantial delivery,and collaborate with families,villages and communities,and colleges to become important supporters and companions on the way of post-2000 college students’return villages to start their entrepreneurship.
