摘　　要：目的:构建胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除围术期快速康复系统化护理方案,为胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除病人的术后快速康复提供参考。方法:通过系统的文献回顾和专家访谈,采用德尔菲法经过2轮专家函询构建胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除围术期快速康复系统化护理方案。结果:2轮函询问卷的回收率均为100%,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.262,0.327(均P<0.001),专家权威系数为0.832,0.873,构建的胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除围术期快速康复系统化护理方案包括术前准备、术前预康复、术中管理、术后管理、出院指导、出院后管理6个一级指标、18个二级指标、49个三级指标。结论:构建的胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除围术期快速康复系统化护理方案科学、可靠、全面、具体,临床适用性较强。Objective:To construct a perioperative rapid rehabilitation systematic nursing plan for mediastinal tumor resection under thoracoscopy,to provide references for postoperative rapid rehabilitation of patients with mediastinal tumor resection under thoracoscopy.Methods:Through systematic literature review and expert interviews,the Delphi method method was used to construct the perioperative rapid rehabilitation systematic nursing plan for mediastinal tumor resection under thoracoscopy.Results:The recovery rates of correspondence questionnaires of both rounds were 100%,and Kendall′s W were 0.262 and 0.327(both P<0.001),the expert authority coefficients was 0.832,0.873.The constructed perioperative enhanced recovery system nursing plan for thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection included 6 first⁃level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 49 third⁃level indicators,including preoperative preparation,preoperative pre⁃rehabilitation,intraoperative management,postoperative management,discharge guidance and post-discharge management.Conclusion:The systematic perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing plan for thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection is scientific,reliable,comprehensive and specific,with strong clinical applicability.
