摘　　要：上海师范大学苏智良教授撰写的«“慰安妇”制度研究»,于2022年由江苏人民出版社出版.全书聚焦日军“慰安妇”制度起源、形成与运作,女性强征案例,日本战争责任等专题,为学术界深入研究抗日战争提供重要线索.该书充分利用档案文献、口述历史以及田野调查新史料,揭示“慰安妇”制度的历史面相,对“慰安妇”概念提出更加完备与严密的定义.同时,该书还从加害者、幸存者和第三方的角度来讨论“慰安妇”是否被强制,提出“慰安妇”制度的实质是军事性奴隶制度,并批驳日本右翼的观点.此外,从国际法的视角考察“慰安妇”制度违反各类国际法律精神,探讨其反人类属性.该著作注重史料发掘,提出新的学术观点,指出“慰安妇”问题既是历史问题又是现实问题,日本与各受害国家对此并没有完全和解,各方应正视与合作解决此问题.The“Study of the Comfort Women System”,written by Professor Su Zhiliang of Shanghai Normal University,was published by Jiangsu People s Publishing House in 2022.The book focuses on the origin,formation and operation of the Japanese“comfort women”system,cases of recruiting comfort women by force,Japanese war responsibilities and other topics,providing important clues for the academic community to have an in-depth study of the war of resistance against Japan.The book makes full use of archival documents,oral history and newly-discovered historical materials from field study,reveals the historical aspects of the“comfort women”system,and puts forward a more complete and rigorous definition of the concept of“comfort women”.Meanwhile,the book also discusses whether the“comfort women”were forced to enter the system from the perspectives of the perpetrators,survivors and third parties,argues that the“comfort women”system is a system of military sex slaves,and rebuts the views of the Japanese right wing.In addition,it observes that the system violates various international legal norms from the perspective of international law,and discusses its anti-human attributes.Focused on historical materials,it puts forward new academic views and points out that the“comfort women”issue is both historical and realistic,and Japan hasn’t fully reconciled with the victimized countries.It also advocates that all parties shall face up to it and solve the issue through partnership.
