乡村振兴背景下民生财政对县域居民消费的影响研究

摘　　要：提振县域消费是推进乡村振兴的重要内容,需要民生财政发挥积极作用。本文使用2014—2020年广东省40个县级单位的数据评估了民生财政对县域居民消费的影响。结果表明,民生财政水平提高显著促进了县域居民消费,并且通过缩小城乡居民收入差距间接推动了县域居民消费;通过更换解释变量、增加控制变量、使用工具变量法等稳健性检验后,结论依然成立;异质性分析表明,在区域层面,该效应突出表现在东翼、西翼和山区,在收入类型层面,社会保障支出与卫生健康支出效应明显。本文从县域角度为乡村振兴背景下民生财政的积极作用研究提供了理论和经验上的支持。Promoting county-level consumption is an important aspect of promoting rural revitalization and requires the active role of people's livelihood fiscal.This article uses data from 40 county-level units in Guangdong Province from 2014 to 2020 to evaluate the impact of livelihood finance on the consumption of county-level residents.The results show that the improvement of people's livelihood fiscal level significantly promotes the consumption of county-level residents,and indirectly promotes the consumption of county-level residents by narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents;After robustness tests such as replacing explanatory variables,adding control variables,and using instrumental variable method,the conclusion still holds;Heterogeneity analysis shows that at the regional level,this effect is prominent in the east wing,west wing,and mountainous areas.At the income type level,the effects of social security expenditure and health expenditure are significant.This article provides theoretical and empirical support for the research on the positive role of people's livelihood fiscal in the context of rural revitalization from the perspective of counties.
