摘　　要：“建设金融强国”为金融更好赋能经济高质量发展指明了方向,如何从金融大国向金融强国迈进,是我国当前金融工作的核心内容。对金融强国的理论基础和目标体系进行梳理,为金融强国理论的发展提供了明确方向。在金融强国建设进程中我国尚面临金融体系存在结构性风险隐患、金融基础设施建设存在短板、资源整合配置能力显著不足等问题。党的领导是建设金融强国的根本保证,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导是金融强国建设的根本遵循。建设金融强国,需要创新科技金融,奠定金融强国的科技支柱;赋能绿色金融,打造金融强国可持续之基;推广普惠金融,实现金融强国全民共享愿景;健全养老金融,筑牢金融强国民生安全网;推动数字金融,引领金融强国数字化进程。The initiative of“Building a Financial Powerhouse”has pointed the direction for better empowering high-quality economic development in finance.How to transition from a large financial nation to a strong financial power is the core content of China’s current financial work.This article provides a clear direction for the development of the theory of financial power by sorting out the theoretical foundation and target system of financial power.In the process of building a financial powerhouse,China still faces structural risks and hidden dangers in the financial system,shortcomings in financial infrastructure construction,and significant deficiencies in resource integration and allocation capabilities.The leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for building a financial powerhouse,and adhering to Xi Jinping’s socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the fundamental principle for the construction of a financial powerhouse.To build a financial powerhouse,it is necessary to innovate technology finance to lay the technological foundation for a financial powerhouse,empower green finance to build a sustainable base for a financial powerhouse,promote inclusive finance to achieve the vision of a financial powerhouse shared by all,improve pension finance to solidify the social safety net of a financial powerhouse,promote digital finance and lead the digitalization process of financial powers.
