摘　　要：以2023年中国人居环境范例奖获奖项目厦门健康步道系统为例,多层次分析步道设计理念与手法如何对健康起到促进作用。以步行需求作为规划设计的出发点,营造空间系统、城市符号,提升使用者的归属感,促进社会健康;从步道体系构建、交通系统联通、公共空间营建、步行景观设计、服务设施布局等方面,对步行环境进行规划设计,提升环境健康以及使用者的身心健康。研究结果表明,步行需求的满足,能有效带动环境健康、身心健康和社会健康的正向循环。厦门市健康步道系统的规划与建设,不仅提升了居民的生活品质和身心健康,而且促进了当地旅游业的发展,成为城市的一张新名片。厦门市健康步道的建设实践,为其他城市提供了宝贵的经验。Takes Xiamen health trail(China Habitat Environment Aword 2023)as an example to analyze how the design concept and methods of the walk can promote health at multiple levels.Take walking demand as the starting point of planning and design,create spatial system and urban symbol,enhance user's sense of belonging,and promote social health;The walking environment is planned and designed from the aspects of trail system construction,traffic system connection,public space construction,walking landscape design,service facility layout,etc.,so as to improve the environmental health and the physical and mental health of users.The satisfaction of walking demand drives the positive circulation of environmental health,physical and mental health and social health.The research results indicate that meeting the demand for walking can effectively drive a positive cycle of environmental health,physical and mental health,and social health.The planning and construction of Xiamen's health trail system not only improves the quality of life and physical and mental health of residents,but also promotes the development of local tourism industry,becoming a new business card of the city.The construction practice of Xiamen's health trail provides valuable experience and reference for other cities.
