某大型商业综合体给排水专业设计探索与实践

摘　　要：为了更好地为大型商业综合体的给排水专业进修设计,介绍了对某大型商业综合体的设计应用实践。在分析了商业综合体发展趋势、特征和实际工程项目背景的基础上,提出大型商业综合体的整体设计思路。重点分析了给水系统、排水系统和消防系统的设计要点,研究了不同功能系统设计中的难点和重点。最后,对项目整体的设计过程中进行总结和分析,提出设计时需要注意的事项。该项目的设计方案满足业主方对于商业综合体的整体要求、经济效益及可持续发展的要求。In order to better promote the professional training and design of water supply and drainage for large-scale commercial complexes,this paper introduces the practical application of design for a certain large-scale commercial complex.Based on the analysis of the development trend,characteristics,and actual engineering project background of commercial complexes,the overall design concept of large-scale commercial complexes is proposed.The paper focuses on analyzing the design points of water supply system,drainage system,and fire protection system,and studies the difficulties and key points in the design of different functional systems.Finally,summarize and analyze the overall design process of the project,and propose the precautions to be taken during design.The design scheme of this project meets the overall requirements,economic benefits,and sustainable development requirements of the owner for commercial complexes.
