摘 要:结合厦门某超高层办公楼的工程设计实例,综合考虑设备、管道、附件承压及建筑竖向分区等影响因素,对比分析了单冷源站,一次中间换热空调水系统;单冷源站,二次中间换热空调水系统;双冷源站空调水系统这三种空调水系统竖向分区方案的初投资、运行费用及优缺点,得出适合的超高空调水系统竖向分区方案。Based on the engineering design case of a super high-rise office building in Xiamen,influencing factors such as pressure bearing on equipment,pipelines,and accessories and vertical zoning of the building were comprehensively considered,and a comparative analysis was made of the initial investment,operating costs,advantages and disadvantages of the three vertical zoning schemes of air conditioning water systems:a single cooling source station and a single intermediate heat exchange air conditioning water system;a single cooling source station and a double cooling source station air conditioning water system,and a double cooling source air conditioning water system,thus a suitable vertical zoning plan is made for the super high-rise air conditioning water system.
