摘 要:基于绿藻响应预测土壤重金属浓度具有时间短、成本低的优点。本研究以Pb、Zn、Cd及其混合物污染土壤为研究对象,以蛋白核小球藻作为受试生物,通过土壤浸提液暴露的响应预测单一重金属及其混合物的浓度。研究结果表明,不同浓度Pb、Zn、Cd及其混合物污染土壤浸提液对蛋白核小球藻均具有平滑且单调的浓度-效应曲线(concentration-response curves,CRCs);在暴露时间为96~168 h,重金属及其二元、三元混合物浓度大小与蛋白核小球藻的生长抑制率成正比。将未测试绿藻响应的重金属及其混合物污染土壤浸提液进行绿藻暴露实验,每个重金属及其混合物设置2~3个浓度点,测试其对蛋白核小球藻的毒性响应,将毒性响应值分别代入单一重金属及其混合物的CRCs,预测重金属及其混合物的浓度。结果表明96 h暴露数据可准确预测土壤Pb、Zn、Cd单一及混合污染土壤。因此,基于蛋白核小球藻响应预测土壤铅、锌和镉浓度具有可行性,且96 h的绿藻暴露数据更适用于预测。Prediction of heavy metal concentration in soil based on green algae response has the advantages of short time and low cost.In this study,Pb,Zn,Cd and their mixture contaminated soil were taken as the research object,and Chlorella pyrenoidosa was taken as the test organism.The concentration of single heavy metal and its mixture was predicted by the response of soil extract exposure.The results showed that the soil extracts polluted by different concentrations of Pb,Zn,Cd and their mixtures had smooth and monotonous concentration-response curves(CRCs)for Chlorella pyrenoidosa;The concentration of heavy metals and their binary and ternary mixtures is in direct proportion to the growth inhibition rate of Chlorella pyrenoidosa when the exposure time is 96-168 h.The single and mixture heavy metal contaminated soil extract that did not test the response of green algae were exposed to green algae.Each heavy metal and its mixture were set with 2 to 3 concentration points to test its toxicity response to Chlorella pyrenoidosa.The toxicity response values were substituted into the CRCs of single heavy metal and its mixture to predict the concentration of heavy metal and its mixture.The results showed that 96h exposure data could accurately predict soil Pb,Zn,Cd single and mixed pollution.Therefore,it is feasible to predict the concentration of Pb,Zn and Cd in soil based on the response of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,and the 96 h exposure data of green algae is more suitable for prediction.
