摘  要:目的探讨超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞治疗竖脊肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效。方法选择2021年6月至2023年6月期间在医院治疗的60例竖脊肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者,随机分为传统痛点阻滞组(F组)和筋膜平面阻滞组(FB组),每组30例,比较两组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)和疼痛缓解有效率。结果两组患者的VAS评分较治疗前评分均下降(P<0.05)。与F组比较,治疗后的各时间点,FB组治疗效果较好,疼痛缓解率高(P<0.05)。结论竖脊肌平面阻滞可有效缓解竖脊肌肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者的疼痛,治疗效果优于痛点阻滞。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided plane block of the erector spinae muscle in the treatment of erector spinae myofascial pain syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with erector spinae myofascial pain syndrome who were treated in the hospital between June 2021 and June 2023 were randomly divided into a traditional pain point block group(F group)and a fascial plane block group(FB group),with 30 cases in each group.The visual analog scale(VAS)and pain relief efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The VAS scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with Group F,the FB group showed better therapeutic effects and higher pain relief rates at various time points after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Vertical spinal plane block can effectively alleviate pain in patients with vertical spinal myofascial pain syndrome,and the treatment effect is better than pain point block.
