基于中医情志相胜理论的阅读疗法护理干预模式对尿毒症患者心理的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于中医情志相胜理论的阅读疗法护理干预模式对尿毒症患者心理情况的影响。方法选择2022年1月—12月在吉林医药学院附属医院治疗的尿毒症患者70例为研究对象。根据患者治疗时间不同进行分组,即将2022年1月—6月治疗的35例患者纳入对照组。将2022年7月—12月治疗的35例患者纳入观察组。对照组行常规护理,观察组采取基于中医情志相胜理论的阅读疗法进行护理干预。护理后,从心理焦虑评分、心理抑郁评分、心理压力评分等方面,比较护理效果。结果观察组患者心理焦虑评分、心理抑郁评分和心理压力评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于中医情志相胜理论的阅读疗法护理干预模式能有效改善尿毒症患者焦虑等心理异常。Objective To explore the impact of a reading therapy nursing intervention model based on the theory of emotional harmony in traditional Chinese medicine on the psychological status of uremic patients.Method 70 uremic patients who were treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical College from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different treatment time of patients,35 patients who will be treated from January 2022 to June 2022 will be included in the control group.35 patients treated from July 2022 to December 2022 were included in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received reading therapy based on the theory of emotional harmony in traditional Chinese medicine for nursing intervention.After nursing,compare the nursing effect from aspects such as psychological anxiety scores,psychological depression scores,and psychological stress scores.Result The psychological anxiety,depression,and stress scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The reading therapy nursing intervention model based on the theory of emotional balance in traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve psychological abnormalities such as anxiety in patients with uremia.
