摘 要:[目的]氢气具有清洁、高效、来源广泛、可再生等优点,是一种应用广泛且绿色安全的燃料,已逐渐成为世界主要经济体的能源发展重点。目前氢气输送技术面临诸多挑战,如缺乏技术规范、安全风险高、投资成本高等,其均会阻碍氢气管道输送的发展。[方法]对国内外氢气输送管道建设现状、设计施工标准、使用材料以及管道输送技术进展等方面进行介绍,总结了管道运输工艺、管道评价、安全运行保障等方面的相关技术,并对氢脆、天然气掺氢、管道力学性能、氢渗透行为等热点技术问题的国内外研究进展进行了阐述与讨论。在此基础上,对未来氢气管道输送技术的研究方向进行了展望,以期为长距离输氢管道的进一步发展提供参考。[结果]选取钢管为氢气长输管道材料时,需考虑氢脆现象。与钢管相比,以塑料为基材的柔性塑料复合管具有独特的优势,已成为目前输氢管道领域的研究热点。然而,中国在氢气长输管道领域的相关规程及标准制定较为滞后。[结论]目前中国的氢能产业化发展已经取得一定的成果,但是与其他国家相比,氢气长输管道技术方面的发展仍有较大差距,需进一步对技术上的难点进行突破,并对氢脆、渗透等机理进行系统性剖析。同时,亟需建设完善的设计、施工、运行技术标准体系,主导或参与国际输氢管道相关规程与标准的制定。(参33)[Objective]Hydrogen energy stands out as a widely utilized and ecologically sustainable fuel source,renowned for its cleanliness,high efficiency,diverse sources,and renewability.It has progressively emerged as a focal point in energy development efforts across major global economies.Hydrogen transportation encounters numerous technological challenges,including the absence of technical standards,heightened safety concerns,and substantial investment requirements.These obstacles are considered pivotal factors impeding the development of hydrogen pipeline transmission.[Methods]This paper begins with a comprehensive overview of the development of hydrogen transmission pipelines in China and abroad,including the current construction status,design and construction standards,material selection,and technological advancements.It reviews technical research in pertinent fields,such as the pipeline transmission process,pipeline evaluation,and operation safety guarantee.Furthermore,it expounds and discusses key technical topics that have garnered significant attention in China and abroad,such as hydrogen embrittlement,hydrogen blending with natural gas,pipeline mechanical properties,and hydrogen permeation behaviors.Lastly,the paper outlines prospective directions for future technical research within the hydrogen transmission pipeline sector.The findings of this study serve as a valuable guideline for the further development of long-distance hydrogen transmission pipelines.[Results]This paper emphasizes the importance of exercising caution in the selection of steel pipes for the construction of long-distance hydrogen pipelines,with a specific focus on understanding the impacts of hydrogen embrittlement.It details the distinct advantages of flexible plastic composite pipes with plastic substrates compared to steel pipes,noting that this composite pipe technology has gained significant attention within the hydrogen transmission pipeline industry.However,it points out that China lags behind in terms of establishing pertinent regu
