摘 要:以27m^(2)大型直线振动筛为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的大型直线振动筛的模态分析方法。该方法根据直线振动筛结构特点,构建相应的有限元模型,以此为基础,利用ANSYS软件对振动筛模型进行模态分析与疲劳寿命分析。通过分析可确定与工作频率相接近的固定频率及疲劳寿命危险区,以此为大型直线振动筛的优化设计提供支持,具有一定应用价值。Taking 27m^(2) large linear vibrating screen as an example,this paper introduces a modal of large linear vibrating screen based on finite element analysis.According to the structural characteristics of the linear vibrating screen,the method constructs the corresponding finite element model,and then,based on this,the modal analysis and fatigue life analysis of the vibrating screen model are carried out by using ANSYS software.Through the analysis,it can determine the fixed frequency and fatigue life danger zone close to the working frequency,so as to provide support for the optimization design of large linear vibrating screen,which has certain application value.
