摘 要:为进一步探究煤矿架空乘人装置的可能优化路径,以某煤矿企业当前应用的AQ1038-2021型架空乘人装置中的托轮组件为研究对象,针对装置运行稳定性不足的问题,通过对其进行应力、位移和模态三方面的仿真分析,确定该托轮需要重点优化改进的方向,以此通过多目标遗传算法对改向滑轮进行优化改进。实际测试表明,优化后的托轮有效降低了共振问题的发生概率,有望在后续的工作中逐步投入实际应用。In order to further explore the possible optimisation path of the coal mine overhead rider device,taking the carrier wheel component in the AQ1038-2021 overhead rider device currently applied by a coal mine enterprise as the research object,for the problem of insufficient operational stability of the device,through the simulation analysis of its stress,displacement and modal aspects,to determine the direction of the carrier wheel that needs to be focused on optimisation and improvement,and then optimise and improve the direction of the carrier wheel through the multi-objective genetic algorithm.Genetic algorithm is used to optimise and improve the redirection pulley.Actual tests show that the optimised pulley effectively reduces the occurrence of resonance problems,and is expected to be gradually put into practical application in the subsequent work.
