摘  要:为进一步探究煤矿带式输送机滚筒结构的运行特征,以某型号主斜井带式输送机为研究对象,结合其具体特征建立有限元分析模型,并以此为基础,对滚筒结构部件中的卸载滚筒、驱动滚筒和转向滚筒三类部件进行仿真分析,以明确其应力与应变分布。结果显示,在该带式输送机面临的主要运行工况下,各个滚筒的最大应力值均小于许用应力值,表明该滚筒结构部件质量符合预期要求。In order to further explore the operation characteristics of the drum structure of coal mine belt conveyor,this paper takes a certain type of main inclined shaft belt conveyor as a case study and establishes a finite element analysis model combined with its specific characteristics.On this basis,simulation analysis is carried out on the unloading drum,driving drum and steering drum of the drum structure components to clarify their stress and strain distribution.Under the main operating conditions faced by the belt conveyor,the maximum stress value of each drum is less than the allowable stress value,indicating that the quality of the structural components of the drum meets the expected requirements.
