摘  要:以DSJ120/150/3×315型带式输送机为研究对象,介绍了一种基于有限元分析的矿用带式输送机磁悬浮托辊轴承磁场情况的分析方法。该方法先根据磁悬浮托辊轴承结构形状与材料特性构建出相应的有限元模型,然后以此为基础,分别对轴承磁场分布情况、永磁体工作特点及气隙处磁感应强度分布规律进行模拟分析,以此为磁悬浮托辊轴承的优化设计提供支持,确认有限元分析法具有一定应用价值。Taking DSJ1201503X315 belt conveyor as an example,we introduce a method of analyzing magnetic field condition of magnetic levitation roller bearing of mining belt conveyor based on finite element analysis.The method first constructs the corresponding finite element model according to the structure shape and material characteristics of the magnetic levitation roller bearing,and then simulates and analyzes the magnetic field distribution of the bearing,the working characteristics of the permanent magnets and the distribution law of the magnetic induction intensity at the air gap on the basis of this method,so as to provide support for the optimization of the design of the magnetic levitation roller bearings,and to confirm that the finite element analysis method has a certain value of application.
