不同类型绝缘油对变压器温升特性的影响研究

摘  要:油浸式变压器在电力系统中具有广泛的应用,同时绝缘油的性质不同对变压器的温升特性具有不同的影响作用。采用仿真分析的形式对天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油作用时变压器的温升特性进行分析。结果表明,天然酯绝缘油作用绕组的温升大于矿物绝缘油4.7℃,温度稍有提高,同时天然酯绝缘油结合绝缘纸板使用,可提高变压器的温升限制10K。天然酯绝缘油的温升特性要好于矿物绝缘油,更好地提升变压器使用过程中的绝缘冷却性能,保证变压器的长期稳定使用。Oil-immersed transformers have a wide range of applications in power systems,while different properties of insulating oils have different effects on the temperature rise characteristics of transformers.Simulation analysis is used to analyse the temperature rise characteristics of the transformer when natural ester insulating oil and mineral insulating oil are used.The results show that the temperature rise of the winding of natural ester insulating oil is greater than that of mineral insulating oil by 4.7 C,and the temperature is slightly increased,and at the same time,the use of natural ester insulating oil combined with insulating cardboard can improve the temperature rise limit of the transformer by 10 K.Natural ester insulating oil has a better temperature rise characteristic than that of mineral insulating oil,which can better improve the insulation and cooling performance of the transformer in the process of transformer use,and ensure the long-term and stable use of the transformer.
