摘 要:以PLM2000型轮式破碎机为研究对象,介绍了一种基于有限元分析的选煤厂轮式破碎机锤头的力学分析。通过该方法对锤头力学进行分析时,利用锤头材料特性、规格尺寸等参数为主要依据,构建出锤头有限元模型,并以此为基础,结合锤头运行时的工作特性,向有限元模型施加约束条件与载荷,进而分别分析了锤头破碎过程中的应力分布情况与应变分析情况,寻找出其中存在的薄弱点,有利于破碎机锤头结构的优化,确认该力学分析方法具有良好的应用效果。Taking the PLM2000 wheel crusher as an example,a mechanical analysis of the hammer head of the wheel crusher in coal processing plant based on finite element analysis is introduced.When analyzing the mechanics of the hammer head by this method,a finite element model of the hammer head is constructed by using the material characteristics,specification size and other parameters of the hammer head as the main basis,and based on this,the constraints and load are applied to the finite element model by combining with the working characteristics of the hammer head,and then the stress distribution and strain analysis during the crushing process are analyzed respectively,to find out the existing weak points,and then provide support to the optimization of the structure of the hammer head of the PLM2000 wheel crusher.The structural optimization of the crusher head is supported,which confirms that the mechanical analysis method has a good application effect.
