摘 要:以FBDNo.8.0对旋风机为研究对象,介绍一种适用于矿用对旋风机计算流体力学特性分析的仿真分析方法。此方法包括流体力学数值仿真分析和整机流体力学性能分析两部分内容,采用CFD数值仿真模拟软件,从内部气流轨迹、两级叶轮受力、全流场压力三个角度分析对旋风机流体力学性能,对分析结果进行统计分析,形成整机流体力学特性分析结果。为检验分析结果的精准性,将仿真模拟分析方法与工业性试验分析法进行对比分析,进而确认仿真分析结果具有较高精准性。Taking FBDNo.8.0 as an example,a simulation method suitable for the analysis of computational fluid dynamics characteristics of mine cyclone is introduced.This method includes two parts:fluid mechanics numerical simulation analysis and machine fluid mechanics performance analysis.CFD numerical simulation software is used to analyze the fluid mechanics performance of the cyclone from three perspectives:internal airflow trajectory,two-stage impeller force and fullflow feld pressure.Statistical analysis of the analysis results is carried out to form the fluid mechanics characteristics analysis results of the whole machine.In order to check the accuracy of the analysis results,the simulation analysis method was compared with the industrial test analysis method to confirm the high accuracy of the simulation analysis results.
