摘　　要：以YRG3极薄煤层采煤机为研究对象,分别介绍了截割模块用户输料模块静力学分析有限元分析方法。有限元分析时,先构建出各模块模型、划分网格、确定接触类型,然后对各模块的静力学特征进行分析,以此判断各模块的强度与刚度,为采煤机关键部位的设计提供支持。Taking YRG3 very thin seam coal mining machine as an example,the finite element analysis method for static analysis of the cutting module user feeding module is introduced respectively.In the finite element analysis,the model of each module is constructed,mesh is divided,and the contact type is determined,and then the static mechanical characteristics of each module are analysed,so as to judge the strength and stiffness of each module,and to provide support for the design of the key parts of the coal mining machine.
