摘 要:为降低采煤机周围的粉尘浓度,提高综采面粉尘治理效果,通过分析降尘机理,优化设计一种高速水射流负压降尘除尘装置,现场安装该装置后,在采煤机采煤中,采煤机周围的全尘土、吸尘降尘率在60%~80%间,且对采煤机滚筒处的扬尘有很大的抑制效果,明显降低滚筒前方的粉尘浓度,隔离刮板输送机和采煤机摇臂间的粉尘向人行道扩散,降低综采面粉尘浓度。In order to reduce the dust concentration around the coal mining machine and improve the effect of dust management in the comprehensive mining face,through the analysis of the dust reduction mechanism,optimize the design of a high-speed water jet negative pressure dust reduction and dust removal device,after the installation of the device on-site,in the coal mining machine mining,the whole dust around the coal mining machine,dust suction reduction rate of 60%to 80%,and the dust at the drum of the coal mining machine has a great inhibitory effect,and significantly reduces the drum in front of the Dust concentration,isolate the dust between the scraper conveyor and the coal miner rocker arm to spread to the pavement,reduce the dust concentration of the comprehensive mining surface.
