摘 要:针对带式输送机能耗大的问题,通过有限元对带式输送机永磁轴承结构参数进行仿真研究和参数优化设计,得到最优参数优化结果。通过内外磁环不同相对轴向位置在空载条件和负载条件下进行测试,结果表明,空载时轴向力仿真最大可达1100N左右,实测数据相较于仿真结果稍小;负载时分别加载2kg、4kg、8kg和12kg,对比仿真结果表明仿真与试验结果基本一致,证明通过有限元进行参数仿真优化分析的正确性,参数优化结果可以满足承载要求,实现了输送系统能耗的减少。Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of belt conveyor,simulation study and parameter optimisation design of permanent magnetic bearing structure parameters of belt conveyor are carried out through finite element,and the optimal parameter optimisation results are obtained.Through the internal and external magnetic ring different relative axial position in no-load conditions and load conditions for testing,the results show that the maximum axial force simulation can be up to 1100 N or so in no-load,the measured data is slightly smaller compared with the simulation results;load 2 kg,4 kg,8 kg and 12 kg,respectively,and the comparison of the simulation results show that the simulation is basically the same as the experimental results,which proves that the parameter optimisation analysis through the finite element simulation is correct,and the parameter optimisation results can be used to obtain the optimal parameter optimisation results.This proves the correctness of the parameter optimisation analysis through finite element simulation,and the parameter optimisation results can meet the requirements of load carrying and achieve the reduction of energy consumption of the conveyor system.
