摘 要:以DTC80/20/2Χ110S型带式输送机为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的Φ830煤矿带式输送机改向滚筒优化设计方法。根据改向滚筒结构与材料特性构建出相应的三维模型,并以此为基础分别分析出滚筒的受力情况及模态情况,最后根据分析结果对改向滚筒进行优化。通过该设计优化方法的应用,可保证改向滚筒性能符合要求的同时,降低改向滚筒质量,防止滚筒结构出现共振问题,确认该优化设计方法具有一定应用价值。Taking DTC80/20/2X110S belt conveyor as an example,a method of@830 coal mine belt conveyor redirecting roller optimization design based on finite element analysis is introduced.Firstly,the corresponding three-dimensional model is constructed according to the structure and material characteristics of the redirected roller,then the force and modal conditions of the roller are analyzed based on this,and finally the redirected roller is optimized according to the analysis results.Through the application of this design optimization method,it can ensure that the performance of the redirected roller meets the requirements while reducing the quality of the redirected roller and preventing the resonance problem of the roller structure,which confirms that this optimization design method has certain application value.
