摘 要:以选煤厂中使用的充气式微泡浮选机为研究对象,基于Fluent软件建立浮选槽流场的有限元模型并开展数值模拟。结果发现,微泡发生器与浮选槽壁面之间距离太近,导致煤矿浆与气泡上升速度过快,无法有效黏附,且在紊流作用下导致已经黏附的再次分离,限制了浮选效果的提升。为了分析微泡发生器与壁面距离对浮选效果的影响,分别将其设置为0.3m、0.4m和0.5m进行模拟,发现当距离为0.5m时,液相和气相的上升速度均减缓,且向浮选槽中心区域扩散的速度加快,可以促进矿浆和气泡的黏附结合,提升浮选效果。Taking the inflatable microbubble flotation machine used in coal processing plant as the research object,a finite element model of the flow field in the flotation tank was established based on Fluent software and numerical simulation was carried out.It was found that the distance between the microbubble generator and the wall of the flotation tank was too close,which led to the coal slurry and bubbles rising too fast and could not be effectively adhered to,and led to the separation of the already adhered ones again under the action of turbulence,which limited the enhancement of the flotation effect.In order to analyse the influence of the distance between the microbubble generator and the wall on the flotation effect,it was set to 0.3 m,0.4 m and 0.5 m for simulation,and it was found that when the distance was O.5 m,the rising speed of the liquid phase and the gas phase were slowed down,and the diffusion speed to the centre of the flotation tank was accelerated,so that it could promote the adhesion combination of the slurry and the air bubbles and enhance the flotation effect.
