摘 要:以QWL-30SA型双螺杆空压机为研究对象,介绍一种双螺杆空压机壳体动态响应及结构优化方法。利用UG软件构建出双螺杆空压机三维模型,分别对空压机壳体的动态响应变化情况、不同工况条件下壳体振动响应及局部厚度对壳体振动的影响进行了分析,进而以此为基础设计出空压机壳体优化方案,提升双螺杆空压机性能,有利于降低壳体损伤概率,确认该方法具有一定应用价值。Taking QWL-30SA twin-screw air compressor as an example,a dynamic response and structural optimization method of twin-screw air compressor shell is introduced.First of all,the three-dimensional model of the twin-screw air compressor is constructed by using UG sofware,and then the distribution of the dynamic response of the compressor shell,the vibration response of the shell under different working conditions and the effect of local thickness on the shell vibration are analyzed,and then an optimization scheme of the compressor shell is designed based on this,which improves the performance of the twin-screw air compressor and reduces the chances of the shell damage,which confirms that the method has a certain application value.It is confirmed that this method has certain application value.
