摘  要:针对船舶机舱易出现高温、油压过高等问题,介绍一种船舶机舱信号采集系统设计方案。该信号采集系统由两部分构成,一部分为硬件,包括主采集板与子采集卡构成,用于完成现场机舱内部相关信号的采集;另一部分为软件,主要用于对主采集板、子采集卡等相关功能的控制,在软硬件模块相互配合下,共同完成机舱信号采集操作。通过测试应用分析可知,该系统信号采集频率较为精确,误差在0.005%范围内,表明该系统符合要求,确认该系统具有良好应用价值。Aiming at the problems of high temperature and high oil pressure in the engine room of a ship,a design scheme of signal acquisition system in the engine room of a ship is introduced.The signal acquisition system consists of two parts,one is hardware,including the main acquisition board and sub-acquisition card,which is used to complete the acquisition of relevant signals inside the cabin;the other part is software,which is mainly used for the control of the main acquisition board,sub-acquisition card and other related functions,and under the mutual cooperation of software and hardware modules,it can complete the cabin signal acquisition operation together.Through the test and application analysis,it can be seen that the system signal acquisition frequency is more accurate,and the error is within 0.005%,which indicates that the system meets the requirements and confirms that the system has good application value.
