摘 要:针对山西某矿现用提升机控制系统存在的协同性差、控制效果差、自动化智能化水平低、安全隐患大等问题,应用变频控制技术与智能调控技术改造了该提升机控制系统,设计了变频调速控制系统方案,并进行了应用分析。结果表明,经改造优化后,该提升机协调性更好,控制效能提升,控制安全性更好,能很好地满足矿井安全高效提升需求,取得了较好的应用效果。该研究可为类似工况下传统提升机控制系统的变频智能调速改造提供参考。Aiming at the problems of poor coordination,poor control effect,low level of automation and intelligence,and big safety risks in the control system of a hoist in a mine in Shanxi,the hoist control system is modified by applying the frequency conversion control technology and intelligent regulation technology,and the frequency conversion control system scheme is designed and analyzed for application.The results show that:after the transformation and optimization,the hoist coordination is better,the control efficiency is improved,the control safety is better,can well meet the mine safety and high eficiency lifting needs,and achieved a good application effect,can provide reference for the traditional hoist control system of frequency intelligent speed control transformation under similar working conditions.
